Climate Wedge has partnered with a leading international financial institution to offer a large source of high-quality emissions reductions to companies wishing to offer carbon offset products and services to their customers or offset their direct emissions. Through this partnership, Climate Wedge aims to drive and support novel ways in which robust offsets can be used and recognized as a meaningful response option to mitigating corporate GHG emissions across all sectors and regions.

The Climate Wedge management team has a strong background in carbon finance, corporate climate strategy, carbon markets/ transactions, and climate science and policy. Its executives have years of experience working with many of the world's leading companies and financial institutions in identifying and managing carbon-related risks and opportunities, and developing carbon finance strategies and asset management solutions. The team is comprised of former members of PricewaterhouseCooper's "Climate Change Services" global team, has worked closely with CSIRO, Australia's national science agency, and assisted McKinsey & Company in launching its carbon management practice. The Climate Wedge team was also the original author of the first version of the Voluntary Carbon Standard.
